Photographer's Timeline
This example is based on a 3 pm ceremony in the summer and booking a 9-hour photography package.
A personalised timeline will be created for your special day.
If you are planning on a "first look" please ensure you are ready two hours before your Ceremony.
12.00 - Groom & Groomsmen prep shots & detail photos.
12.30 - Travel to the Bride.
1.00 - Bride & Bridesmaids prep photos & detail photos.
2.30 - The photographer leaves ahead of the bridal party for the ceremony.
3.00 - Ceremony & signing of the marriage certificate.
4.00 - VIP group photos starting with the group shot of everyone together followed by your list.
5.00 - Bridal party group shots followed by portraits of the couple at a scenic location.
6.00 - The bridal party & the couple are announced back for dinner at the reception.
6.15 - Speeches & dinner. The Bride & groom chat with their guests & the photographer breaks for dinner.
7.30 - Cake cut and dessert served.
8.30 - Possible sunset portraits for the couple.
8.45 - First dance and dance floor party photos.
9.15 - Photographers leave.
